Function Information

The Albion Hotel welcomes bookings for all functions including birthdays, engagements, christenings, retirements, work parties, Christmas parties or even just a friendly get together with your favourite people.

We have a selection of set menu and platter options available. We are continually developing menus and platter options and treat each celebration individually to suit each groups needs.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our platter options in the courtyard, courtyard-lounge and the front bar.  Sit down set menu's can be enjoyed in the dining room and/or the courtyard lounge.

ALBION PLATTERS

We strive to ensure our Gourmet Platters are not only extremely tasty, but are tailored to exactly how you like them. This is why we now allow our guests to design their OWN platter options so that you can get the variety you want!

ALL PLATTERS CATERED OUTSIDE THE ALBION HOTEL WILL INCUR A 20% SURCHARGE ON TOP OF NORMAL COST AND A DEPOSIT OF 50%. Sundays and Public Holidays will incur a 10% surcharge.

A selection of breads for the table are available at a cost of $2 per person in all menu options

2 Course Menu = $35 (Option of Entree & Main OR Main & Dessert)

3 Course Menu = $40 (Entree, Main & Dessert)

Coffee can be additionally served at the end of each selection
at a cost of $2 per person
 

Guests wishing to preorder rather than have an alternate serve
function will incur an additional $2 per person charge

Vegetarian Meals are available on request

 

 

Function Guidelines

Courtyard Lounge Functions
The Courtyard Lounge is available for functions without a hire charge. However, guests must be aware that they cannot have this room exclusively as the toilets are located on the rear wall and it is adjacent to the courtyard which is one of the smoking areas for the hotel. The Courtyard Lounge, however, is a non-smoking area as required by law. Finally, even though the Courtyard Lounge is not available exclusively, guests generally find themselves undisturbed by other patrons in the hotel.

Restaurant Functions
The Albion Restaurant is available for functions with set menus only (as opposed to platters) and is a non-exclusive area unless prior arrangements have been made. This is a non-smoking area which has been stylishly refurbished with comfortable fully upholstered seating. It is generally a more quiet area which of the hotel and is suitable for more formal menu options. The Albion Hotel is very flexible and is very willing to organise your special celebration to suit your needs. Therefore if you have a special request please do not hesitate to contact us.

Decorations
The Albion Hotel welcomes decorations and balloons. However, we do not allow on table sparkles or confetti.

Responsible Service Of Alcohol
All rules and regulations pertaining to RSA apply to any individual or group as a guest or guests attending a function held on the premises of the Albion Hotel.

Children
Any children within a party or function must be under the direct supervision of a responsible parent at all times. Young children are discouraged from remaining in the hotel after 9.30pm at night.

Alcohol
No alcohol from off the premises can be consumed at any time inside the Albion Hotel.

Deposits
A non refundable deposit must be paid prior to the event/party or function. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the account owed.

18 year old Parties
Due to the potential for people under the age of 18 attending such events and other responsible service of alcohol issues, the Albion Hotel will not hold any 18 year old parties.
